Supervisors lead and support operator teams, either remotely or on-site guiding their training, monitoring daily results, and ensuring quality and productivity across all census activities.🏢
On-site Functions

- Some on-site positions will initially support the Census Help Line (CHL) before transitioning to processing activities later in the operation.

- Supervisors oversee teams of Census Help Line (CHL) operators, ensuring quality service, adherence to procedures, and the accuracy of information provided to the public. They monitor performance indicators, provide feedback, and address operational issues in collaboration with management.
