Your Mission
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Support modernization and transformation initiatives for IM/IT systems, including research and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
  • Participate in workshops, working groups, and Agile ceremonies to support project planning and progress tracking.
  • Develop and maintain key business analysis deliverables such as process models, use cases, migration plans, and user guides.
  • Conduct impact analyses, risk assessments, and effort estimations for proposed changes or new features.
  • Contribute to quality assurance by supporting test strategy definition, acceptance criteria, and documentation of results.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to client teams and maintain clear documentation to sustain operational autonomy.
Deliverables
  • Comprehensive business and functional analysis documentation.
  • Detailed process and workflow diagrams (as-is / to-be).
  • Impact and quality assurance reports.
  • Test plans and acceptance criteria documentation.
  • Knowledge transfer guides and user documentation.
Your Profile
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
  • Proven experience working on IM/IT or infrastructure modernization projects (500–1,000 person-days or more).
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured technical requirements.
  • Experience producing functional and technical documentation, test strategies, and quality assurance deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments and iterative delivery models.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, data analysis, and performance metrics is an asset.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, TOGAF, or ITIL are considered strong assets.
