Our client is seeking an Order Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join their expanding team at their Head Office in Hull. This is a key role working closely with internal departments to ensure stock levels are maintained and customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. A solid understanding of supply chain and stock control is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders using the company's computerised system
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers and monitoring incoming stock
- Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure goods are received and dispatched on schedule
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible prices
- Managing delivery notes and invoices
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies efficiently
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in stock control or supply chain operations
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels internally and externally
