Our client is seeking an Order Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join their expanding team at their Head Office in Hull. This is a key role working closely with internal departments to ensure stock levels are maintained and customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. A solid understanding of supply chain and stock control is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders using the company's computerised system
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers and monitoring incoming stock
  • Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure goods are received and dispatched on schedule
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible prices
  • Managing delivery notes and invoices
  • Resolving any issues or discrepancies efficiently

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in stock control or supply chain operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels internally and externally
