Job Description

As an Integration Engineer for Flight Deck and Human Factors, you will participate in the elicitation of Human Machine Interface (HMI) requirements for multiple embedded systems and validate these requirements. You will coordinate design activities with system integrators and suppliers, interact on several programs and/or platforms simultaneously, develop alert schemes, and design and conduct development and certification tests. Additionally, you will analyze test data, produce test and certification reports, interact with certification authorities, perform human error analyses, organize and collaborate in design reviews, and review system simulations of human-machine interface models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with training or coursework related to human factors.
• At least 5 years of experience in flight deck, avionics systems development, integration.
• Deep knowledge or relevant experience of flight operations and aviation regulation.
• Strong interest and built knowledge of flight deck design, HMI, and associated standards.
• Good technical writing and oral communication skills.
• Team player, organized, motivated, able to work independently.
