Your Impact Every Day

  • Ensure the completion of small- and medium-scale work, as well as compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Take part in reviewing shop drawings in collaboration with the design teams.
  • Assist in drafting site notes and notices for contractors to ensure contract clauses are respected.
  • Monitor project schedules and attend site meetings.
  • Verify work progress according to plans and specifications.
  • Prepare equipment lists for commissioning.
  • Help analyze and negotiate change order pricing with contractors.
Your Profile
  • Completion of a DEC in Building Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of the ASP Construction card is an asset.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Versatility, autonomy, and ease of communication.
  • Curiosity and initiative.
