Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Sales Representative, located in ottawa, kent street. The Showroom Sales Representative will assist customers by providing product knowledge, answering inquiries, and recommending suitable specialty coffee products and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include managing the showroom, maintaining a clean and organized display area, processing transactions, and handling customer orders. They will also support inventory management and participate in promotional and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of or interest in specialty coffee and related products
• Basic proficiency in inventory management and computer systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed
• Experience in a showroom environment or with coffee equipment is a plus
